01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 2jl77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 2jl77 website located at https://2jl77.net and all associated products, services, games, and features offered thereon.

By accessing the 2jl77 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of 2jl77 and close your account.

2jl77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the platform or registered email address. Your continued use of 2jl77 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 2jl77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. 2jl77 does not permit access by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the platform, unless otherwise permitted under applicable regulations.
• You must be legally permitted under the laws applicable to you to access online gaming and gambling services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 2jl77 or any of its software providers, game suppliers, or associated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from 2jl77 or any PAGCOR-regulated platform pursuant to a self-exclusion program or regulatory order.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

2jl77 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point during a player's use of the platform. Access may be suspended pending completion of verification.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on 2jl77, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Rule: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) 2jl77 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2jl77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
• Notification of Breach: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 2jl77 immediately by contacting our support team.
• Account Verification: 2jl77 may require you to complete KYC verification at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of ongoing compliance monitoring.

2jl77 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that eligibility requirements have not been met or that these Terms have been violated.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 2jl77 platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: 2jl77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and applicable minimums. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be declined. 2jl77 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to verified payment methods only. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment channel but 2jl77 endeavors to process approved withdrawals promptly during operating hours (8AM–2AM PHT).

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the platform at the time of transaction.
• 2jl77 does not accept deposits from third parties. You may only fund your account using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Funds deposited into your 2jl77 account are held for the purpose of gaming. 2jl77 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.
• 2jl77 reserves the right to reverse or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Any deposit made in error must be reported to 2jl77 support immediately. 2jl77 will endeavor to reverse erroneous deposits where technically possible but cannot guarantee recovery in all cases.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 2jl77 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are issued in PHP and credited to a designated bonus wallet. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and will be applied in accordance with the platform's wallet priority rules.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless stated otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• 2jl77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing accepted bonuses are not retroactively altered to the detriment of players who have already begun meeting wagering requirements.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds in excess of any stated cap will be forfeited. Where no cap is stated, standard withdrawal terms apply.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value except as expressly stated in the promotion terms.

Players who, in 2jl77's reasonable assessment, are exploiting bonus terms — including through low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements — may have their bonus cancelled and winnings derived from such activity forfeited.

06 Betting Rules

All bets, wagers, and game rounds on 2jl77 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the platform:

• A bet is deemed accepted only when it has been confirmed by the 2jl77 system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets placed during system outages or connectivity errors are not guaranteed to be accepted.
• It is the player's responsibility to verify that bets have been correctly placed and confirmed before a game round commences or a sporting event begins.
• 2jl77 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, manifest pricing error, or data feed failure has resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed.
• Winnings are credited to your 2jl77 account balance upon settlement. For live casino games, settlement occurs at the end of each game round. For sports betting, settlement occurs upon official confirmation of results.
• Maximum win limits may apply per bet, game, or day. These limits are displayed within the platform and may be updated from time to time.
• 2jl77 does not accept bets from players acting in concert to exploit pricing inefficiencies or system errors. Such bets will be voided and the associated accounts investigated.

Where there is a discrepancy between a game result displayed in the player interface and the result recorded on the 2jl77 server, the server record shall be definitive.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jl77 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform. Any player who discovers a bug is required to report it to 2jl77 support immediately and must not exploit it. Winnings derived from known bugs will be forfeited.
• Using the 2jl77 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location, particularly where such use is intended to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Providing false identity information, including using another person's identity documents during KYC verification.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward 2jl77 staff or other players via any platform communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 2jl77 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, brand assets, text, interface design, and audiovisual content — is owned by or licensed to 2jl77 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2jl77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any 2jl77 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the 2jl77 software or platform.
• Creating derivative works based on 2jl77 content or brand assets.
• Using 2jl77 trademarks, logos, or brand name in any commercial context without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 2jl77 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2jl77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to technical failure, maintenance, force majeure, or regulatory action.
• Any loss suffered as a result of your reliance on information displayed on the platform where that information was the result of a manifest error.
• Any unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers that affect your use of 2jl77.

Nothing in these Terms excludes 2jl77's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Your total claim against 2jl77 in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your 2jl77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

2jl77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period.
• Direction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period as defined in our inactive account policy.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the player or a third party on their behalf via our responsible gaming tools.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any confirmed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC and any outstanding verification requirements.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, 2jl77 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Players may appeal account closures by contacting support at [email protected].

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or such alternative dispute resolution mechanism as may be required by PAGCOR regulations.

2jl77 operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players who have exhausted the 2jl77 internal complaint procedure may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
